Why doesn’t my water bill get forwarded to my winter address with my other mail?
The Village requests that any mail that is not deliverable is returned to us so that we can update our records with the current mailing information. If you reside at the same winter address we can program your billing so that it automatically gets mailed to your winter address for the months that you’re there. We now have the capability to email you your water bill so that no matter where you are you can access it via your email. Call (630) 368-5090 or email waterbilling@oak-brook.org and provide your water billing account number, service address, name and email address to take advantage of this alternative.
